Register and pay by September 30th and save $200.00. Price includes hotel room for 5 nights and meals (breakfast and lunch) during course. CHCO/CHCC exam will be given on final day of course. After September 30, registration will be $1195.00. Last date to register is November 19, 2010. Class size is limited. Call 800-973-1081 with questions or to register. Cancellation refunds less a $250.00 administrative fee will be honored if received no less than two weeks prior to the start date of the course. If a cancellation is received within two weeks of the start date of the course no refund will be given. Transfer of your registration and/or substitutions for attendees are permitted at any time. Please send all notifications or cancellations in writing. Compliance Resources does not accept responsibility for covering travel, accommodation or any other costs incurred by registrants should this event be cancelled. The event program content is subject to change without notice. Compliance Resources will not issue refunds due to inclement weather. No exceptions to this policy will be made. |
